Is it possible to buy buffalo mozzarella FRESH in North America?
Q. I went to two local Italian delis today and they only had sealed buffalo mozzarella from Campania that is packaged up for long-term storage and sale. The expiry date is one year from the packaging date. I used to live in Italy so I'm totally hooked on fresh buffalo mozzarella, and I don't like the idea of it being packed up for a year. Have you ever seen REALLY fresh buffalo mozzarella in North America? Does anyone know if buffalo mozzarella is produced anywhere in North America? As a side question, is there such a thing as bison or ox cheese? I've seen yak cheese that was made by Tibetan monks, but I don't recall ever seeing a North American buffalo, bison or ox cheese. To reach an "Italian district" I would have to travel 500+… [cont.]

A. The electric power -- the numbers you are concerned with when it come to appliances somewhere else in the world is what we are concerned with here. In Argentina, they use power like in Europe. 220 volt at 50 Hz. I don't know about their wall plugs. In Brazil, they use power like in America, 120 volt at 60 Hz. So, your web camera could be a problem if it plugs into the wall. Check the label on the power converter 'brick' if the cam plugs into the wall, besides just the computer. Some web cams only plug into USB plug on the computer. Many modern electronic appliances convert the Electric Power coming from the wall so the appliance has the proper amount of volts. Same goes for your computer. The computer has a power converter built in.… [cont.]

How are farming tools and other methods different from Canada and North America?
Q. Just a question =) Oh and how does farming affect Canada and North America's environment?
Asked by bbcfan. - Mon Mar 24 14:42:30 2008 - - 4 Answers - 0 Comments

A. your ? is not properly presented. that said n.am. is the u.s. & canada eh! basically all the same, even r&d is shared, however, wto and laws (the freedom to associate) r the only somewhat differences, this includes acceptence of genetically modified foods which canadaians accept less but personally i think the u.s. is correct on). there is no such thing as solar farming on large scale or organic on lrage scale. moular is a kicker and as such the environment is not safe from phyto farming, cases may be made for some animal farming- but in short, plse make a case for the environs.
